Fulfillment service at Subke
In order to use our fulfillment and logistics service, it is necessary that orders are automatically transmitted to our plentyOne fulfillment center via an interface.
We store your products in our warehouse and take over inventory management as soon as the connection is established. The software updates the stock and delivery status in plentyOne in real time.
Please ensure that your products have a name and a unique SKU or GTIN so that they can be clearly identified during the picking process. It is also possible to transfer product bundles, batches or serial numbers.
Fulfillment connection to plentyOne
As a merchant, you have an active account with plentyOne. Next, you need an account with JTL-FFN (JTL-Fulfillment Network ).
Your JTL-FFN account
You will receive a free JTL-FFN account from us. You create this with the invitation link that we send you and then follow the instructions.
Create token for plentyOne
In your JTL-FFN account, you will find the menu item “External authorizations” on the right. Click on this and then click on the green “Create” button at the top right of the page.
A pop-up window opens. Select the application “plentyOne” (plentyMarkets). Enter your company name as the description.
A token is automatically created, which you can copy to the clipboard by clicking on the green button.
Insert token in plentyOne
Log in to plentyOne with your account.
In the plentyOne menu, go to Setup > Assistant > Plugins > Client and select the client for which the plugin has been installed.
Before you register JTL-FFN via the plugin in plentyOne, you must create a status in plentyOne in order to assign it during the registration process. You can create the status under Setup > Orders > Status at the top with the + button.
In plentyOne, go to Setup > Assistant > Plugins > Client and select the client for which the plugin has been installed.
Now open the“Configuration of JTL FFN plugin” wizard.
Paste the copied token from the JTL-FFN portal account into the configuration.
Enter the admin of your system under Account.
If your price refers to the first bundle component (BillsofMaterial) and not to the individual components, activate“Procedure – Allow bundle item sum“. This means that the price of the first component is used for the entire bundle. This is only relevant for the export of the order.
If you have Amazon Prime orders with parts lists, activate the“Procedure – Allow bundle item” function.
Under Document“configuration with event procedures” you can set whether only the delivery bill, only the invoice or all documents for orders should be transmitted.
Under Warehouse, the warehouses released by the Fulfiller can be assigned to the plentyOne warehouse.
Subke IT support
Don’t worry if you have any questions about the integration, our IT support is there to help. The standard connection for plentyOne is included in our monthly service fees and there are no additional set-up costs.
Connection test
After the setup is complete, we perform a connection test to ensure that the data is synchronized correctly.
JTL-FFN Dashboard
You will later see the transferred products from your plentyOne account in the JTL-FFN dashboard.
You can create a goods delivery in the menu under “My processes” -> “Inbound deliveries” and specify the products with the delivery quantity.
When the goods are delivered to us, the items are scanned and you can see immediately in JTL-FFN whether they match the specified delivery quantity.
If orders are transferred, you will see them under “My processes” -> “Orders” with the current status.
If plentyOne is activated and orders are retrieved via JTL-FFN, orders and articles should no longer be transmitted manually via the portal interface. Only then will the stocks be kept synchronized.
