weclapp Fulfillment

Linking the Weclapp ERP system with the JTL-FFN (Fulfillment Network) offers retailers the option of automatically transmitting orders and handling logistics processes. With Subke, all without a one-time setup fee. Below you will find a step-by-step guide to setting up this connection.

What is weclapp?

weclapp is an ERP system that has been specially developed for small and medium-sized companies. Retailers can use weclapp to organize business processes efficiently. Orders can be managed, stock levels monitored and invoices created with weclapp ➚. It offers a user-friendly interface and enables seamless integration with other systems to optimally support online business.

Subke Fulfillment Service

In order for you to use our fulfillment services and logistics, the order must be automatically transferred to our weclapp Fulfillment Center via an interface. We store your goods in our warehouse and take over inventory management after the connection. The software updates the stock and the status of the delivery in weclapp in real time. The desired shipping method is also stored.

It is important that your products have a name and a unique SKU or GTIN so that the products can be clearly identified during order picking.

It is also possible to transfer product bundles, batches or serial numbers.

Prerequisites

Active Weclapp account.

Access to JTL-FFN. As a customer, you will receive an invitation link from us for access to fulfillment.jtl-software.com.

API access data for ffn-connect. As a customer, you will receive an invitation link from us for access to ffn-connect.de.

Your JTL-FFN account

You will receive a free JTL-FFN account from us. You create this with the invitation link we send you and then follow the instructions.

You will later see the transferred products from your weclapp account in the dashboard.

You can create a goods delivery in the menu under “My processes” -> “Inbound deliveries” and specify the products with the delivery quantity.

When the goods are delivered to us, the items are scanned and you can see immediately in JTL-FFN whether they match the specified delivery quantity.

If orders are transferred, you will see them under “My processes” -> “Orders” with the current status.

How returns are managed

In the ffn-connect dashboard, you can call up returns that have been received by us but have perhaps not yet been announced by the customer. You can also manually create a return in the ffn-connect dashboard, which is then transferred to our Fulfillment Center.

We can also use ffn-connect to retrieve the returns from weclapp that you have created there.

Subke IT Support

Of course, you will receive support from our IT support team if you have any questions about the connection. This standard connection for weclapp is free of one-off setup costs and includes our monthly service fee.

Test the connection

Once set up, we will test the connection with you to ensure that the data is synchronized correctly.

To do this, we create a test order in Weclapp and check whether it is displayed in JTL-FFN.
