Right of withdrawal for consumers

The consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days and without indicating any reasons. The cancellation period is 14 days and starts the day the customer or a third person notified by the customer has taken possession of the goods.

To execute your right of withdrawal, you have to transmit us:

a clear declaration (e. g. by letter, fax or email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the enclosed sample form but this is not obligatory. Instead, you can fill and transmit a declaration through our shop on amazon electronically. If you choose this possibility, you'll receive a confirmation immediately.
To keep the deadline it's sufficient to send us your declaration about the cancellation before the deadline ends.

Consequences of the cancellation
In case of a cancellation, the services received have to be reimbursed, inclusive the transport costs to your address (except additional costs caused by the fact that you chose another mode of delivery than our standard delivery), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date you informed us about the cancellation.
For the reimbursement we'll choose the same mode of payment you chose for this transaction.

We have the right to refuse the reimbursement until we've received the goods back resp. until you've proved that you returned the goods.
You have to return the goods immediately and within 14 days at the latest, starting the day you informed us about the cancellation.
The deadline is kept, if you return the goods before the deadline ends.

The return is at your expense.
You only have to compensate for the goods' loss in value, if it is clear that this loss is caused by you due to a non appropriate use.
